"There’s no shortage of insurance options out there & it’s a very competitive marketplace. Each time I thought I had a great company, something blindsided me & because I was dealing with faceless names, the resolutions were never favorable,,’nor personal,’ considering all the money I was spending… & it was a lot of money! State Farm came through with great rates & coverage. But the deal closer for me, was being allocated to Dave Johnson’s office in Howell Twp NJ (near Aldi on 9 South). Knowledgeable & professional. They offer alternatives, yes, but won’t hard sell or upsell. In fact, we’ve worked together on many occasions (auto & home) to find the right coverage to fit my budget. When there were insurance industry increases, they were empathetic to that. We found ways to save some money, in the face of circumstances beyond our control. Personally, they’re kind, understanding, and most of all “patient,” as I always have a bunch of questions. Insurance is a necessity & no, it’s not cheap. For what it’s worth, State Farm is reputable & fair. The office of Dave Johnson & staff, make it all so much easier. "No one answers the phone. Went there at 4pm and doors closed. I have tried to visit your office a few times only becus my frnd referred me to you and this is back in June. I spoke to a gentleman and he told me some one will call Me back but no one calls. The office up the road gave me a price."

"5 STARS + I have been a customer of State Farm Insurance with David Johnson as my agent for over 25 years (Auto, Motorcycle & Home). If I were to sum up David and his team with a few words those would be Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Always there if/when needed, Will go above and beyond. While it is unfortunate that I have had to file a few claims, working with David and more specifically Sharon Capone (from David’s team) always makes the process so easy. This is critical when you are already dealing with the stress of a particular situation. It is at these times when having David and/or Sharon to talk too was so crucial. They are also very quick to respond and/or provide whatever is needed via email, phone call, etc. In a time when so much has to be initiated and/or completed online, it is a welcomed pleasure to have a friendly and knowledgeable person (who actually knows you) to speak with. In other words, it’s this “personal touch” that makes a world of difference. To add to this, there have been several times over the past few years when myself or someone within my family/household needed an immediate quote. I just pick up the phone, call David’s office (most times Sharon is the one who will answer) and I always feel like I am talking with a friend. I answer a few questions and Sharon is able to provide me with exactly what I need, takes the time to explain the coverage, why it is or is not needed and provide guidance on what would be the best decision.
